Escallonia is a four-bedroom single-storey property in Constantine Bay, new to the Cornish Traditional collection from March 2026. It sleeps eight across two doubles and two twins, has two bathrooms, and sits within a short walk of the beach and Trevose Golf Club. The property is dog-friendly with private off-road parking.

Inside, the accommodation is laid out on one level with a couple of steps up at the entrance, so ground-floor access is reasonably straightforward. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, there is WiFi throughout, and the living space is sized for a full eight-guest party. Changeover is on Saturdays, with prices from 1,595 GBP per week rising to 3,300 GBP at peak.

Outside there is a substantial private garden and off-road parking, in a quiet part of the village. The Constantine Bay Stores sells bakery, local beers, wine and other provisions, and Trevose Golf and Country Club welcomes non-members with a restaurant open through the season. The coast path is accessible directly from the property.

Constantine Bay is one of the "seven bays for seven days" cluster near Padstow, with a long stretch of sand backed by dunes and lifeguard cover in season. St Merryn village - with Rick Stein's Cornish Arms - is about a mile away, and Padstow is a few minutes' drive for the harbour, restaurants and Camel Trail.
