A regular pedestrian ferry runs from Padstow to Rock, and heading inland, the market town of Wadebridge is just 7 miles.

You’ll approach the property via the gated access adjacent to the Rock Ferry landing. Once inside, take the stairs or the lift up to the first floor and the apartment, heading straight into a well-appointed kitchen, kitted out with appliances including an air fryer and slow cooker. Walk through the kitchen into the spacious lounge which offers panoramic views, and features a Smart TV, hole-in-the-wall fire, swizzle seats, a sofa, an armchair, and dining table and chairs.
