Demelza 2 is a two-bedroom apartment for 2 at Helford Passage, one of four properties set in a private area with river views. Dogs are welcome, there is private parking and an EV charging point on site, and a gate from the garden leads directly to the beach, the Ferryboat Inn and the outdoor pool.

Inside, the layout is open plan across kitchen, dining and living areas with two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a family bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The living area has a flat-screen TV and patio doors leading out to the terrace.
