Croft Cottage (Sleeps 2)

Croft Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage for 2 on the edge of Goonhavern, under 10 minutes by car from Perranporth and its three-mile stretch of sand. The cottage sits within a group of five properties (alongside Little Croft, Beech Croft, Hazel Croft and Pine Croft) sharing almost four acres of gardens, fields and woodland.

Inside, the cottage has one bedroom, two bathrooms, an open fire in the living room, and a kitchen fitted with a washing machine and wifi. The layout is compact and geared to couples, with accessible access and an EV charging point on site. Dogs are welcome, with paddocks in the grounds for a run off the lead.

Outside, the shared grounds give space to walk and sit, with quiet corners away from the main cottages. Goonhavern village has a local pub and shop a short walk away. Perranporth itself lies under 10 minutes by car - a beach town with surf schools, seasonal lifeguards and cafes strung along the sand.

The North Coast cliffs either side of Perranporth run along the South West Coast Path, with the stretch towards Holywell Bay and Crantock offering clear walking with sea views. St Agnes lies 5 miles west for the old mining coastline, and Truro is around 20 minutes inland for a full range of shops and the cathedral.
