The property’s front door is accessed via wooden steps from the side of the shop, which lead to a decking area. You'll enter the property into the bright, well-equipped kitchen. This room leads through to the sizeable and inviting living room with impressive views of the water from the large bay window seat. There is plenty of comfy seating here, set around an electric fire The dining area with a table and chairs is placed under the spiral staircase in the corner of the room. Next to the living room is the main bedroom with a double bed and offers views towards the village, the creek and out to sea. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath. Upstairs, with slightly restricted headroom, the landing - home to a sofa and desk - leads to the twin room where you can look out to the stream and creek.
