The Lizard Peninsula is within easy reach and has many places of interest including the pretty village of Coverack, with its crescent shaped beach from where you may be lucky enough to spot dolphins, and the market town of Helston with its Georgian architecture shops and pubs. Even more beautiful beaches can be found throughout the Lizard Peninsula, including Poldhu, Polurrian and Kynance. There is also a local seal sanctuary where you can spend time visiting the latest rescue seals.

This attractive single-storey property has a real country cottage feel to it, and guests will feel immediately welcome, thanks to the complimentary traditional Cornish cream tea on arrival. The lounge has exposed beams, comfortable sofas, and a wood burner, making this a cosy place to relax and watch the Smart TV, or perhaps listen to the CD player. The adjacent kitchen/diner is equipped with an oven, hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. You will find 2 shallow steps leading to the bedroom end of the property. Each of the property’s three bedrooms are relaxing spaces, all with their own TV and hairdryer. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower and WC, whilst the other two rooms are twins. The main bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed lawn area and a patio with a BBQ and garden furniture. Guests may bring up to five dogs on request and at an additional charge per dog.
