Colescus

Colescus is a 4-bedroom cottage in the fishing village of Gorran Haven, with sea views and a direct path down to the sandy beach. The ground floor has two living rooms - a sitting room and a morning room - along with a separate dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher and island unit, a conservatory looking out over the garden and beach, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one king, two twin, plus a single room on the ground floor), a second bathroom, and a separate WC. The cottage sleeps 7.

Outside, the garden wraps around two sides of the property and includes a patio with a built-in barbecue. WiFi and central heating are included, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in an outside laundry room. Dogs are welcome (2 small/medium or 1 large). Parking is at the village pay-and-display car park, about a 5-minute walk away.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan are roughly 4 miles away, and Mevagissey harbour is about 2 miles along the coast. The South West Coast Path runs through Gorran Haven, with walks to Vault Beach and Dodman Point in either direction.
