With the countryside on your doorstep, yet centrally located on the edge of the village, you're perfectly placed to explore both coast and countryside. The village has a bakery, fish and chip shop and a children's park. Within an 9-mile radius, you are spoiled for choice with great beaches at Portreath (the nearest at just over 5 miles), Perranporth and Gwithian along the northern coastline. Venture out to the cathedral city of Truro as well as the National Trust’s Trelissick Gardens. Falmouth is within a few miles and offers shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Meander around Falmouth Harbour or take a leisurely stroll up to historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy a Cornish ice cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes.

Tucked away within a private setting on the owner's grounds you'll head through the enclosed garden to the front door. Step inside from the bespoke porch into the light and welcoming entrance and hang up your outerwear. Head to your right into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. With a stylish interior throughout, cosy up on the corner sofa and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV or choose from the DVD collection. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and luxury coffee machine. Perfect for creating a feast for all the family with the Bluetooth speaker playing your favourite songs in the background. Gather for a lazy breakfast whilst planning your day ahead at the dining table with seating for all. From the hallway, the beautiful downstairs bedroom has a super king zip and link bed (which can be made in twins on request), a dressing table, a built-in wardrobe and a Smart TV.  Completing the ground floor is the stunning bathroom with a free-standing bath, separate rainfall full body shower WC. From the lounge area, head upstairs into the super king bedroom which is equally as beautiful with a dressing area, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, the garden is gravelled and completely enclosed with a table and seating to dine alfresco. Unwind and swing on one of two egg chairs whilst you read a good book or have a dip in your own private Hot Tub, which seats 5 people. There is also the added bonus of a games room, with table tennis, pool or air hockey  to enjoy in between trips out. There is private parking for four cars.
