Chi An Mor

Chi An Mor is a detached bungalow in Porth, on the northeast edge of Newquay, with a Scandinavian log-burning hot tub, open fire and dedicated games room. The property is entirely on the ground floor, making it accessible, and sits 800 metres from Whipsiderry Beach.

Two bedrooms provide the sleeping arrangements: a super king-size (which can be configured as twins) and a double. A bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower. The kitchen is separate from the sitting room and diner, where a woodburning stove provides the focal point. A snug or sun room adds a second sitting space, and the games room gives the property an extra dimension for wet-weather days.

The large garden has a patio, lawn, outdoor seating and the Scandinavian hot tub. Driveway parking is available. Whipsiderry Beach - a sandy cove between high cliffs - is an 800-metre walk, while Tolcarne Beach is 1.4 km and Great Western Beach 1.8 km. Both Newquay town beaches are dog-friendly year-round. Two dogs are welcome.

Porth is about a mile from Newquay town centre, close enough for restaurants and attractions but with a quieter feel. Watergate Bay is a 20-minute walk north along the coast path. The Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo are roughly a 15-minute walk south.
