Brynmaur

Brynmaur is a detached bungalow on Tregos Road in Carbis Bay, 300 metres from the beach. All rooms are on one level, and the property includes EV charging - a practical addition for drivers heading to west Cornwall.

Two bedrooms share the space: one king-size and one zip-link room (presented as twins by default, convertible to super-king on request). A bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, and WC. The kitchen, dining room, and sitting room are separate rooms rather than open-plan, giving the layout a more traditional feel. A dishwasher and washing machine are included.

Outside, a patio with furniture faces the garden, though some areas of the garden are not accessible to guests. Off-road parking is provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Carbis Bay Beach - a 300-metre walk downhill - is a sheltered, Blue Flag sandy cove with seasonal lifeguards, calm water for swimming, and kayak hire in summer. Porthminster Beach is 1.6 km along the coast path towards St Ives, where the Tate gallery, harbour, and restaurants cluster around the headland. A pub sits within 0.1 miles and a shop within 0.3 miles of the front door.
