Brook House

Brook House is a semi-detached cottage in Sennen, at the far western tip of Cornwall, sleeping four in one double and one twin bedroom. Gwynver Beach - a sandy surf beach with Atlantic swells and fewer crowds than Sennen Cove - is just 400m away.

The cottage has two bathrooms: one with bath and shower, and a separate shower room. The kitchen includes a dining area and is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has a Juliet balcony. Gas central heating keeps the property warm outside summer.

A lawned garden with furniture provides outdoor space, and off-road parking is available for one car. Gwynver Beach is a 5-minute walk. Sennen Cove, with its crescent of sand, working harbour, surf school, and RNLI lifeguard cover, is 2.3km along the coast. Priests Cove beneath Cape Cornwall is 4km.

Land's End is a 20-minute walk along the coast path. The Minack Theatre is 6 miles east, and St Just - the nearest town with a supermarket and the most westerly town in mainland England - is 3 miles north. This stretch of Penwith offers some of Cornwall's most dramatic coastal walking.
