Breakers View is a four-bedroom reverse-level property in Polzeath, sleeping eight guests across ground-floor bedrooms with the open-plan living space on the first floor. The elevated living area has a log burner, balcony, and views over the surrounding coastline. The property is 500 metres from Polzeath Beach.

The ground floor has four bedrooms: a super-king-size zip-and-link with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with Jack-and-Jill access to a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, and a twin. Heated towel rails are fitted in all bathrooms. A utility room on the same level has a washing machine, tumble dryer and under-counter fridge. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with two fan ovens, induction hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and two temperature-controlled wine coolers.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, gravelled area, fire pit, barbecue and furniture. An outdoor heated shower, wetsuit hanging rails and surfboard racks are provided. EV charging is available. Private driveway parking accommodates three cars, with a fourth labelled space on the private road. No pets allowed.

Polzeath Beach is a half-mile sandy beach with RNLI lifeguards and surf schools operating in season. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 1.3 km away. Daymer Bay, sheltered and family-friendly, lies 1.7 km along the coast. The coast path to Pentire Point starts from the beach.
