Breakers Point is a modern three-storey townhouse on Ayr Terrace in St Ives, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The property sits 500 metres from Porthmeor Beach - the Atlantic-facing surf beach directly below Tate St Ives - with off-road parking for one car, a notable advantage in a town where spaces are scarce.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors. Two bedrooms - a king-size and a twin (convertible to king-size on request) - are complemented by a bathroom with bath and separate shower.
