The beautiful beach at Widemouth Bay is just 10.5 miles away, while Summerleaze, where you can swim in the sea and tidal pool, is 13 miles away. Plan day trips to dramatic Bodmin Moor (15.5 miles), and undulating Dartmoor (21 miles) too. Magical Tintagel, where King Arthur is said to have been born (20 miles) is well worth a visit.
