Enter the house and you will find three bedrooms on the ground floor, situated off the inner hallway. The first is a good size double with en-suite shower room and French doors opening out into the garden. The second is another double bedroom next door, and there is also a single bedroom. The family bathroom is within this area. Off the main hallway is a very handy utility room with outside access, making a great spot for pets to wipe off their paws. Upstairs you are welcomed by a fabulous open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with wonderful natural light and high ceilings. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, offering the perfect spot to make up a good packed lunch or evening meal. There is plenty of room around the dining table to catch up on your day or cosy up on the sofa in front of the wood burner and relax. The outside balcony offers a great spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine over a cold drink.
