Enter the house and you will find three bedrooms on the ground floor, situated off the inner hallway. The first is a good size double with en-suite shower room and French doors opening out into the garden. The second is another double bedroom next door, and there is also a single bedroom. The family bathroom is within this area. Off the main hallway is a very handy utility room with outside access, making a great spot for pets to wipe off their paws.
