Beach Haven

A four-bedroom dog-friendly cottage in Perranporth, sleeping eight guests across ground and first floors. The layout has three of the four bedrooms at ground level, including a king-size en-suite, making the property workable for mixed groups or multi-generational stays.

The ground floor holds a king en-suite with walk-in shower, a second king bedroom, and a twin room (zip-link, convertible to king). A ground-floor bathroom has both bath and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom - a double - and a separate shower room are upstairs, alongside the kitchen-diner and sitting room. The first-floor living space opens onto a balcony. The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, wine cooler, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

A large enclosed garden with patio wraps around the property, and off-road parking fits two cars. Two dogs are welcome. Perranporth Beach, 1.1km away, is a 3-mile stretch of sand with summer lifeguard cover and The Watering Hole pub on the shore. Trevellas Cove, a shingle beach suited to snorkelling, is 3.6km along the coast near St Agnes.

Perranporth village has shops, pubs, and cafes within walking distance. Newquay is roughly 10 miles north-east, and Truro about 8 miles south-east via the B3285 and A30.
