Bay View

Bay View is a two-bedroom cottage in the Crags area of the Maenporth Estate, with three patio areas that draw on beach and countryside views. The property sleeps two adults with capacity across an en-suite master and a second bedroom with bunk beds, and sits within the gated resort above the sheltered cove at Maenporth.

Inside, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with a family bathroom serving the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The kitchen is a refit and runs in an L-shape around one side of an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. A wooden table with six chairs sits on the main balcony for outdoor meals.

Outside, three patios give a choice of sun and shade, with the main balcony drawing on views across the bay. The estate covers 29 acres of gardens and woodland with a 15-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, sun terrace and communal barbecues, all included in the tariff. Pool and table tennis, an all-weather tennis court, two pickleball courts and a children's play area round out the facilities.

Maenporth Beach sits around ten minutes' walk downhill, with a cafe, the Cove Restaurant and kayak and paddleboard hire at the cove. Falmouth lies a short drive north for harbour walks, the Maritime Museum and ferries to St Mawes, with the South West Coast Path running directly through the estate for cliff walks in either direction.
