The ground floor holds the bedrooms - a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin with Smart TV. The upper floor has the open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area, plus a balcony with furniture.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A family bathroom with bath and shower-over serves the twin room. Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand popular with birdwatchers, is 2 km east. Porthminster Beach in St Ives is 2 km along the coast path. The local pub is 0.1 miles away, and shops are within 0.3 miles. St Ives itself is a 25-minute coast path walk or one stop on the branch line.
