Atlantis is a first-floor apartment in St Ives with sea views and access to a heated pool. Located on Gallinas Point off Talland Road, the property is 300m from Porthminster Beach and within walking distance of the town centre.

Two bedrooms make up the sleeping space - a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. An open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space, and sitting area, equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. A PS4 with games is available. The enclosed south-facing balcony looks out across the sea and has outdoor furniture for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Off-road parking for one car is included - a practical asset in a town where spaces fill quickly. Porthminster Beach, 300m downhill, is a south-facing sandy beach with calm water, lifeguard cover, and an award-winning beachfront cafe. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500m away, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier. Dogs are welcome throughout the apartment.

St Ives has four beaches in total, the Tate gallery on Porthmeor, and an artists' colony that dates to the 1880s. The Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden is a short walk from the town centre. Restaurants, galleries, and independent shops line the harbour streets, and the coast path connects all four beaches on foot.
