Atlantic View is a first-floor apartment in Holywell Bay, part of the Beach Side Apartments complex on the clifftop above one of north Cornwall's best-known surfing beaches. The property sleeps 4 and has off-road parking for 2 cars.

Inside, the apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and WC. The main bathroom has a P-shaped bath with shower over. The open-plan kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. A sitting room opens onto a balcony.

Holywell Bay beach is 0.6 km from the front door - roughly a 10-minute walk. Porth Joke, a quieter sandy cove with no road access, lies 1.6 km along the coast path. Both beaches are managed by the National Trust. The pub is a short walk away, and a shop sits within half a mile.

Holywell Bay village is 3 miles south-west of Newquay, known for the twin sea stacks - Gull Rocks - that rise offshore. The dune system behind the beach runs 5 miles from Perranporth to Crantock and is one of the largest in Cornwall. Note that steps lead up to the property entrance, which may not suit those with limited mobility.
