The open-plan living space on the ground floor has underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump, and the kitchen comes with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Five Smart TVs and WiFi are provided throughout.

The enclosed garden has outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a private hot tub. Off-road parking accommodates 3 cars. Two dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. A travel cot and high chair are available.
