Ancarva

Ancarva is a detached contemporary house on the banks of the River Tamar near Millbrook, sleeping eight in four bedrooms. The property has direct river access with a private mooring and pontoon - a standout feature for anyone arriving by boat or wanting to launch kayaks from the garden.

Kingsand Beach, a sand-and-shingle beach with sheltered swimming and views across Plymouth Sound, is 2.1 km away. Cawsand Beach, in the neighbouring fishing village, sits 2.4 km distant.

Millbrook has a supermarket, post office and pub. The Cremyll ferry, 2 miles east, connects to Plymouth's Royal William Yard in 10 minutes. Mount Edgcumbe Country Park (865 acres) occupies the peninsula's eastern tip.
