88 Keepers Barn

88 Keepers Barn is a three-bedroom cottage on the Maenporth Estate near Falmouth, positioned next door to the estate's Leisure Centre. It is set up for families and small groups, with two bathrooms and layout split across two floors.

Inside, the ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, along with a downstairs shower room. Upstairs holds three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the accessible setup broadens the guest base.

Outside, a private patio with table and chairs and a built-in barbecue looks out over the wooded grounds of the estate. Parking and an EV charging point are on site. Hot tub and pool access come as part of the estate facilities, along with a sauna, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables and a children's play area.

Maenporth Beach is a short walk from the door - a sheltered cove with a beachfront restaurant and bar. Falmouth town centre is around 10 minutes by car for shops, the Maritime Museum and harbour. The South West Coast Path runs along the cliffs in both directions for walks to Swanpool or Helford.
