A three-storey house on Alexandra Road in Porth, 7 Longshore sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms with 500 metres to the nearest sand. The property is on the northern edge of Newquay, close to the coast path.

The first floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and sitting room opening onto a balcony. Four bedrooms are spread across the ground and second floors: two king-size rooms (one with balcony and en-suite walk-in shower), a double with en-suite, and a bunk room. A family bathroom with bath and shower over serves the upper floor, and a ground-floor cloakroom adds convenience. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the living area has a Smart TV. Central heating, a full-size oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer are standard.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn, patio with furniture, and the two balconies above provide additional outdoor space. Ample off-road parking is available. Whipsiderry Beach - a sandy cove between high cliffs, quieter than Newquay's main beaches - is 0.5 km away. Tolcarne Beach, a lifeguarded crescent with a cafe on the sand, is 1.4 km south.

Porth sits far enough from Newquay centre to avoid the crowds but within easy reach of Fistral Beach and the town's restaurants. A pub is 0.2 miles from the door. The coast path connects to Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth heading north.
