The layout is upside-down: the main bedroom and garden sit on the ground floor, and the open-plan living area is on the first floor where the sea views are.

The ground-floor master bedroom opens directly onto a private garden and terrace. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living space catches the coastal outlook, and a twin room has views over the surrounding dunes. WiFi, parking, dishwasher and washing machine are all included.

Perranporth Beach is 300 metres away - a 3-mile north-facing stretch backed by sand dunes, with surf lessons available in season, a sea pool, and the Watering Hole pub built directly onto the sand. Chapel Rock, the distinctive stack at the southern end of the beach, is visible from the dunes. Trevellas Cove and Trevaunance Cove are around 4km south along the coast path.

Best for families or surfers who want the beach within a short walk and a proper private outdoor space. Less good for guests looking for sea views from the bedroom - the ground-floor master faces the garden rather than the water.
