33 Lower Stables

33 Lower Stables is a three-bedroom cottage on the Maenporth Estate in west Cornwall, sleeping five. The property has two bathrooms and forms part of the estate development above Maenporth Beach. Parking and EV charging are on-site, and the cottage is designed as accessible accommodation.

Inside, the three bedrooms are arranged across the cottage with two bathrooms serving them. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided.

Outside, the cottage sits within the estate grounds with a shared garden. A private hot tub is available to guests, along with access to the estate's shared facilities: an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. Maenporth Beach is a short walk down the hill from the estate.

The beach itself is south-facing and sheltered by headlands, with clean sand and a gentle slope popular with families. Maenporth Beach Cafe serves food through the day, and kayak and paddleboard hire operates from the beach in season.

Falmouth is about 15 minutes by car for the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, Pendennis Castle, and the town's shops and restaurants. The South West Coast Path runs above the cove, connecting north to Swanpool Beach (about a mile) and south through woodland towards Trebah Garden's beach, reached in around 40 minutes on foot. The Helford Passage and Helford village sit a short drive further south.
