23 Valley Lodge

23 Valley Lodge is a reverse-level cottage at Honicombe Manor Holiday Park in the Tamar Valley, near Gunnislake. The property sleeps 6 and comes with a private hot tub on the front decking, plus access to the park's indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Three bedrooms sit on the ground floor - a double with en-suite walk-in shower, a second double, and a twin. A family bathroom with bath and shower over serves the remaining rooms. Upstairs, the open-plan living space has a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area, and sitting area opening onto a balcony with furniture and a barbecue. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included. A high chair is available on request, and up to 2 dogs are welcome.

The Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounds the park, with the river less than a mile away. The nearest coast is at Downderry Beach - a south-facing mile-long stretch of sand and shingle - 21.2km to the south. Whitsand Bay, a 4-mile run of golden sand on the Rame Peninsula, sits 22.2km away. Designated parking for 1 car is included, with overflow parking nearby.

On-site facilities extend to a gym, restaurant, games room, tennis court, shop, and bar. The village of Gunnislake, connected to Plymouth by the scenic Tamar Valley Line railway, lies a short drive away. Morwellham Quay heritage site is about 3 miles to the east.
