A two-bedroom lodge on the banks of the River Lynher near Notter, set within a small holiday park 3 miles from Saltash. The single-storey property has an open fire, a private hot tub, and access to shared on-site facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, and fishing.

Inside, the open-plan living area has modern decor with light tones, large windows, and an open fireplace. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a dining table for indoor meals. Two bedrooms - one king-size and one twin - share a bathroom, and both have wood-panelled flooring. EV charging is available on site.

The private patio has outdoor furniture and the hot tub. The shared pool operates from May to September. Whitsand Bay, a 3-mile stretch of cliff-backed sand popular with surfers, is 9.8km away. Downderry Beach, a south-facing mix of sand and shingle with year-round dog access, is 10.2km from the lodge. Parking is provided for one car, with additional shared spaces.

Saltash and the Royal Albert Bridge are a short drive east, and Plymouth is about 9 miles across the Tamar Bridge - giving access to the National Marine Aquarium and the Barbican. Bodmin Moor lies 12 miles to the northwest, and Looe is about 10 miles west along the A38.
