Entry is step-free at ground level, but the upper floors are reached by stairs only - not suitable for guests who can't manage two flights. No outdoor space beyond the balcony, and no dogs.

The address sits 200m from the harbour wall. Castle Beach is a 12-minute walk past Pendennis Point; Gyllyngvase, Falmouth's main sandy bay, is 1km. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall on Discovery Quay is a ten-minute walk. Verdant Seafood Bar and INDIDOG are both within 300m.

Best for two families or a group of eight wanting space, separate sleeping zones, and a hot tub at the end of the day. Less good for visitors needing single-floor living or outdoor space.
