A short flights of steps lead up to this elevated ground-floor property, but once you’re inside, everything is laid out across one level. The delightful kitchen boasts all you need to cater to the group. The lounge/diner is a lovely room with picture windows that take advantage of the far-reaching sea views. This welcoming living area has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, plus a dining table to seat up to four guests. Easy chairs in the window ensure the views can easily be enjoyed while you relax inside. When day turns to night, choose from two wonderful bedrooms – one super-king and one double. The super-king bed has a zip-and-link set up so it can be made into a twin if requested when booking. This bedroom also has its own study area with a table and a chair. A door leads from the kitchen/diner onto the fabulous terrace space with glorious sea views and outside furniture where you can unwind and dine alfresco while listening to the sounds of St Ives. The terrace is on the same level as the ground-floor apartment, however, due to the angle of the house, it sits in an elevated position.
